Frequently Asked Questions

When can i arrive at a wristband fair?

What do i need to bring with me?

Our official opening times are 12 noon to 3pm, and then 3.15pm to 6.15pm. However, we recommend arriving 10 - 15 minutes before your chosen session.

We suggest bringing: sun cream (on hot days), socks, a hat and most importantly, some good weather!

Other things might include a picnic blanket or chairs to sit on (we do have some seating but it is limited), some water or some warmer clothes (jumper, coat etc) incase it becomes a bit chilly.

What are the age ranges?

We usually recommend the age ranges of 1-13, but an adult or sibling, cousin etc may assist young children if they would like to ride but are too small to ride alone. We do have a few dedicated toddler size attractions and are hopefully looking to bring in some more smaller attractions and inflatables specifically for tots.

Can i arrive at any time and still get 3 hours?

Our session times are set at 12 noon to 3pm, and 3.15pm to 6.15pm. For example, If you turn up at 2 pm, you only have an hour left on the current session. You can either go in to the Fun Zone for one hour, or wait until 3.15pm for the next 3 hour session! A member of staff can advise you on the day on what to do, all you need to do is ask!

Where do i park?

All of our chosen venues are very accessible! Either in town centres, or in busy rural or urban areas. There are usually always bus stops nearby if you prefer to come by bus, or designated car parks for each site. If there is no designated parking available, you can get in contact with us and we can advise you on where the nearest car park is. You can also park on side roads nearby (just don't block any driveways!)

Can i buy one wristband and share it between all of my children?

All riders must have their own wristband. They are non transferable. All children riding must purchase a wristband. If you swap wristbands you will be removed the park without a refund.

My child is under 2, do i have to pay for them?

Yes. Young children may still ride most rides. If they are too scared or you wish to, you may assist them where appropriate!

Can i assist my child?

With good reason, you may assist your child! If they are too young to go alone, scared etc you may assist them.

Can i bring my own food & drink?

No, your own food and drink may not be consumed on our premises, we encourage you to use our food and drink vending units! Without your support we can't continue to run our events!

Are there toilets at your childrens fairs?

Yes, we always strive to bring you the best event possible! That's why when you asked, we gave! All of our wristband events now have first class toilets!

Are there any first aiders in the event of an accident?

We have multiple first aid trained helpers on site, at least 2 at any time. This is crucial because in the unlikely event of an accident, we will still have another trained person on stand-by.

Do i have to escort my child between rides? Or can i sit back and relax?

How you spend the day is completely up to you! You can go around with your kids, snapping pictures and getting some great shots, or you can sit back and relax knowing our highly trained team members will look after your little ones! Children are contained to the Fun Zone and no members of staff will let any children leave unattended! Though, we recommend that you keep an eye on them, or get them to check in with you every now and then!

Will my children be supervised?

Our staff members are there to make sure you have a safe and fun day out. Their main priority is to make sure each ride/attraction/inflatable is operated safely, meaning you need to keep an eye on your little ones, but rest assured that our trained staff are ensuring your child/childrens maximum safety.

Can I bring my pets?

Only guide and support animals are allowed inside the event.
